Located in a serene and beautiful area, this hotel offers a stunning view of the mountains from its modern and spacious rooms. the bathroom comes equipped with modern technology making it an enjoyable experience. the staff provides incredible service, greeting guests with glasses of champagne and snacks. the breakfast is delicious and includes a wide array of options. the private onsen is a must-try, offering a relaxing escape from daily life.

This place is absolutely stunning in every way. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very clean. The service here is incredible, and the staff is always available to help. They made me feel so welcome and taken care of. The hotel also offers a wide selection of drinks, and everything I tried was great. I also loved the location of this hotel, it felt like I was in a little slice of paradise. Definitely a luxury experience that I would recommend to others.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spent New Year's Eve at a wonderful hotel in a stunning location. The service was exceptional and the staff very welcoming and friendly. The private bath was amazing and the view breathtaking. , loved the inclusive drinks, which lasted throughout the night.

The limited menu and snacks were not substantial enough. it would have been great to have more food options for New Year's Eve.

During my Xmas stay in a hotel in Hakone, I really appreciated the beautiful view of the mountains from my room's window and the well-decorated interiors. the location of the hotel was also very strategic as it was near the hiking trail, which my partner and I enjoyed. the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome.

There was no proper dinner provided, and the only food one could get was bar snacks. the hotel lacked a variety of drink options, especially for non-alcoholic drinks.
